Role Description

A great opportunity for someone to come in and get our Affiliate program really rocking. The Affiliate Manager will own all affiliate activity from discovery, education, management and reporting for Bark, therefore it is critical you are a self starter that can bring a wealth of experience to the team from day one. We see huge potential for a properly executed affiliate strategy to drive revenue in our current and future global locations.


  • Take full ownership of Affiliate strategy & management
  • Create new relationships and rekindle existing relationships
  • Create and manage best practice to ensure all affiliates are promoting Bark
  • Locate and onboard and motivate new affiliates in line with business objectives
  • Design and develop a programme to encourage new professionals to register on Bark via affiliates
  • Drive Measurable revenue
  • Find ways to work reliably with voucher and cashback sites while maintaining the integrity of consumer requests submitted
  • Own the relationship with the affiliate networks, ensuring the business is with the right ones to support our long term growth plans

Required Skills & Attributes

  • The successful candidate more than likely has 3 years experience of running and managing an expansive affiliate program
  • A self starter and able to demonstrate that through past experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of growing an affiliate programme
  • Strong project management and reporting skills
  • Highly numerate and able to analyse data and trends
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal
  • Commercially astute

Desirable Skills & Attributes

  • Knowledge of broader digital marketing mix
  • Any experience of US affiliate Networks
  • Any B2B experience
